The Newest Culinary Addition to our Legendary Hospitality
Belle Meade Plantation continues to be a food and wine destination by opening a new restaurant, The Belle Meade Meat& Three, on Monday, June 1, 2020. Stephen Kruger, Executive Chef and Culinary Director, is a graduate of The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Colorado. Having successfully run restaurants throughout the South, Chef Stephen brings a tremendous knowledge of food from market-driven trends to long-standing Southern classics.
As the Executive Chef and Culinary Director, Kruger will be responsible for creating the menus and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Changing daily, the menu will feature a variety of hickory smoked meats, fresh cooked vegetables, biscuits, cornbread and house-made desserts that will entice your palate. Additionally, he will oversee the menu for and preparation of the food selections for Belle Meade’s popular Food and Wine Pairings.
The Belle Meade Meat & Three will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for dine in and to go, and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for to go only. Brunch items will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. The restaurant features a covered deck and is located on the upper floor of the Visitor Center. Free parking is available on-site.
