Private Events
It is our honor to build an individualized event experience for you. We work diligently to deliver the best in Southern Hospitality. On site we have our own Executive Chef & Culinary Team, Sommeliers, Bourbon Stewards, and Historical Interpreters. Our events vary from corporate organizations looking for an elevated evening to extended family and friends celebrating a momentous occasion.

- Conveniently located seven (7) miles west of downtown Nashville.

The Ideal Setting
Based on your guest count and preferred style of event, we work to select the perfect setting for your exclusive evening. All of our spaces deliver historic storytelling through their atmosphere and structural details.
Carriage House
- Interior space can accommodate up to 150 seated dinner guests
- Interior space is heated and air-conditioned for year-round comfort
- Great space for band/DJ and dancing
Stables
- Showcases our permanent collection of carriages
- Great space for an indoor cocktail time or approximately 100 seated dinner guests
- Interior space is heated and air-conditioned for year-round comfort
Tent
- 50-foot by 60-foot open span tent
- Located behind the Stables
- Available April through October
Breezeway
- Connects the Carriage House interior space to the Stables
- Convenient location for buffet tables and/or food stations
Side Porches
- Both side porches can accommodate 50-70 seated dinner guests each
- Clear plastic tent sides on side porches from November through April
- Side porch and patio area great for cocktail time
Outdoor Game Court
- Bocce Ball

Ice House
- 1820’s Reconstructed Ice House detailing the history of Belle Meade Bourbon
- Perfect setting for an intimate gathering or secluded experience
- Can accommodate up to 12 guests
Wine Garden
- Covered, outdoor space surrounded by Magnolia Trees and other greenery
- The spaces features a long stone bar and can be set up for seated or standing experiences
- Great for cocktail hour or private tastings
Rochford Loft
- Elevated venue that sits above the Stable Hall
- Perfect for 4 Course Chef-Inspired Food & Wine Pairings
- Can accommodate up to 55 guests
