Join us for one of our signature camps, combining outdoor fun with hands-on learning! Each of our camps showcase different moments in history, literature, and culture through stories, crafts, games, and activities. Camps are divided into 2 age groups: rising Pre-Kindergarten (4 years old) to rising 1st grade, and rising 2nd grade to rising 4th grade. (Civil War Camp accepts campers through rising 5th grade and Little Women Camp accepts campers through rising 6th grade.)

Calling all bookworms! If you like a good story, fun crafts and exciting adventures, this is the camp for you! From Peter Rabbit to Paddington Bear and Tom Sawyer to Anne Shirley, we are sure to dive into your favorite story this week! Each day, we’ll add to our own Camp Story and you’ll have a special “book” to commemorate your week! Campers are divided by age: PK (4 years) -1st Grade and 2nd-4th Grade.
Rising Pre-Kindergartners (4 years old), Kindergartners, and First Graders can’t get enough of our longest-running camp program! Each day is filled with fun games, lots of crafts, and time to explore nature, all while developing a respect for Native American culture and history. This camp is our most popular camp and sells out quickly. Get your friends together and choose a week that works for you!
Ever wonder what life was like for those on the home front during the 1860s? Come find out at Little Women Camp! Inspired by Louisa May Alcott’s classic book, this hands-on camp experience is full of the crafts, culture, expectations, and etiquette of the nineteenth century. Even if you’ve never read the book, you’ll enjoy this week full of old-fashioned fun, from arts and crafts to tea time and calling cards!
One of our classic camps, Civil War Soldier Camp is an immersive, hands-on experience! Led by one of our most experienced staff members, this camp teaches about the Civil War from the solider’s perspective. Through games and activities, campers learn about camp life and battle tactics that affected the course and outcome of the Civil War. Wear a kepi (soldier’s hat) and use one of our wooden rifles as you march across the property, forage for snacks, and discover if you have the fortitude to endure life as a Civil War soldier!
Back by popular demand! Our Time Travel Camp debuted last summer to rave reviews! This interactive camp brings kids along a 200-year-long journey! Each day we’ll visit a different era in America’s history, and grab a stamp in our Time Travel Passport as we go. From powered wigs to Pop Art, each day will be full of surprises, fun, crafts, and games. You’ll never believe how much fun history can be! A note for returning travelers – we won’t be making the same stops as last year, so you will want to make a second trip with us this summer!
