• Ticket sales end 60 minutes prior to each start time.
• This event does not include a tour of the mansion.

Arrival

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation at Belle Meade Historic Site and Winery.  Simply check in at our Visitor’s Center, collect your wristbands, and head to the Ice House. Doors open at the scheduled reservation time. Additionally, guests may choose to explore the grounds, visit Belle Meade Meat & Three, or purchase tickets for other experiences.

Late Arrivals

• This guided experience is 1 hour and every moment of that time is filled with history, knowledge and tasting. To reduce disruption to an event in progress, late arrivals are strongly discouraged and may not be accommodated.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Our 24 hour cancellation policy allows for a full refund to our guests when we are notified more than 24 hours in advance of your booked experience. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. For questions or concerns, call (615) 356-6164.
